visiting calvary church

Calvary Church is a place for your whole family; we would love to have you join us this Sunday morning! We will make every effort to let you know that you are a valued guest. Oftentimes newcomers to Calvary have several questions. We hope you will find these answers to common questions helpful.

What time does your service start?

Our worship service begins at 10:30 a.m. and usually lasts about an hour. Please join us for our “Discipleship Hour” from 9:00 to 10:00 am. During this time, we have small groups, classes, and fellowship opportunities for people of all ages (nursery care is provided for children ages 3 years and younger). From 10:00 to 10:30 a.m., you can enjoy a cup of coffee and a doughnut, muffin, or bagel at the Calvary Cup in our Family Life Center.

What will my children do during the worship service?

Nursery care is available for children ages 3 years and younger. This allows parents to enjoy unhindered worship. Preschool age children (4-5 years old) are encouraged to join their parents for the first part of the worship service, then attend our Children’s Church program, designed to prepare children to be worshipers of God in the corporate worship service.

What are your services like?

As a church, it is our desire that God would be glorified in our worship. Every Sunday, we seek to hold the name of Jesus Christ high through songs of worship, Biblical preaching, and other acts of reverence. While clothing is not optional, what you wear is! Most of our members dress casually, however a few people dress a bit more formally.

How do I get there?

We are located on the East side of Sheridan Blvd., just a few blocks north of 120th Ave. in Broomfield, Colorado.
