Wednesday night is family night at Calvary Church. Come and share a delicious meal prepared by our meals team beginning at 5:45 pm and stay for a full schedule of activities. Your kids, 3 years old through 6th grade, can join our AWANA club. Students in 7th through 12th grades can attend ELEVATION. Adults can choose from a variety of men’s, women’s, and couple’s Bible studies. If you have little ones under 3 years old, nursery care is provided.
Community Groups are small groups of singles or couples (and their families) that meet together at least twice a month to form friendships, grow in their relationships with God, and serve others. These groups are the key avenue to getting connected at Calvary Church. New groups are always forming; contact Pastor Adam for a list of open groups.
Men’s, women’s, and couples’ Bible studies meet on Wednesday nights at the church. These studies cover a variety of books, topics, and curriculum packages. The Bible studies are part of our Wednesday Family Night and run on the same schedule as AWANA for children and ELEVATION for youth. Nursery care is provided for little ones under 3 years old.
Our youth ministry, for students in 7th-12th grades, is full of energy and fun, but is also focused on discipling students and challenging them to live for Christ in every area of their lives. In addition to several weekly events, we also have annual retreats, camps, and trips.

Children’s Ministries at Calvary Church are committed to providing a safe and caring environment where children of all ages will learn about God and His amazing love for them. Our desire is for each child to come to know God through a personal relationship with Him, therefore everything we do is designed to point children to Him.
God-centered, Age Appropriate Programs
Care for newborns through 23 months of age is provided during the education hour and worship service.
2 and 3 year olds meet in the nursery area and are taught from a curriculum that is both age appropriate and God-centered.
Pre-Kindergarten through 4th graders meet for classes in our Family Life Center.
5th and 6th graders meet in one of the rooms in the main church building.
As a part of Sunday School, our children’s choir learns and practices songs that are performed during the worship service at different times throughout the year. The choir portion of Sunday School usually takes place during the last 10 or 15 minutes.
Offered Sunday mornings during the Worship Service, this program is for children 4 years old through kindergarten. Children are dismissed from the Worship service prior to the sermon. The purpose of this program is to prepare children to be able to worship with our congregation.
AWANA meets each Wednesday evening from 6:45 – 8:15 pm. Children ages 3 through High School are invited to participate in this program. Click here for more information.
As a church family we feel strongly about ministering to the needs of those around us. In addition to these regular ministries we hold service projects, community outreaches, and other opportunities to share the love of Christ throughout the year.
