Wednesday we were supposed to do Top of the World but news of an impending blizzard in the Rockies convinced us to change our minds and head home early. We still had to drive though a couple hours of hazardous, snowy conditions but it was manageable and we all made it home without incident. Looking out the window at the snow piling up in Denver on Thursday, it was clear we made the right choice.
